I am issuing a Wind Alert for Tonight, through tomorrow morning, 11:00 pm to 4:00 am. The winds will be peaking between Midnight and about 3:00 am, due to a cold front passing through the area. the winds potentially will gust as high as 35 mph through those hours. then Saturday after 8am, will still be breezy, 5 to 15 mph. but the gusts will back off.

Due to the Issuance of The Areal Flood Warning, I am issuing a Creek, Streak, and River Flooding Conditions Alert till Noon Tomorrow. With all the rain we have had (Already at 2 Inches and Climbing) Be Watchful for area Creeks, Streams, and Rivers to Come close to, Or Overflow their banks. Be Especially Weary when Driving, Remember this Rule – TURN AROUND, DONT DROWN….

Issuing a Gusty Winds alert for tonight through tomorrow morning. as a front associated with the low pressure comes through our area tonight, it will bring winds between 10 and 20 mph, with gusts to 35 mph. through the early morning hours. it will subside as the sun rises. so look for those winds to stir up this evening. There is a Slight Chance also of some Snow Showers mixed in with the rain this evening. so pay close attention as you are driving tonight through the morning hours

I am issuing a ORANGE ALERT for Sunday November 5, 2017, for Strong to Severe Thunderstorms, Isolated Large Hail, Damaging Winds, ISOLATED Tornadic Thunderstorms, With the Potential for Flash Flooding / Flooding Potential.

PLEASE BE PREPARED, This is a strong cold front, that will be coming into the area. the potential for the strong to severe thunderstorms is high. be ready for any and all types of severe weather to happen. Make sure anything outside if taken inside. including pets. check your sub-pumps, batteries for Flashlights, Charge your Cell phones.

The main reason for this alert is that we will be in a bad sector of a cold / warm front, usually that always produces large storms, high gusty winds, flooding, and hail. depending on how close to the triangle we will be (the cold front line, and warm front line (See Image below) can cause lots of unstable conditions.

Issuing a Gusty winds alert for all of North Central Ohio this afternoon. gusts 20 to 35 mph Plus maybe possible in some, but not all locations throughout or coverage area. As the Colder air pushes its way into the Ohio Valley & Great Lakes area. there is a chance that there will be gusty winds peaking at times. anywhere from 20 to 35 mph plus. Please use caution while driving, or walking.

Issuing a Possible Morning Frost Alert for ALL of North Central Ohio.
With Tuesday morning temperatures to dip between 37 and 39 degrees, or even colder in places tonight, there is a likely hood that there will be widespread frost through the North Central Ohio Area.
Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered. temperatures will be coldest between 3 a.m. and 9 a.m. Once we get beyond the early morning of Tuesday, temperatures will start to rebound for us.

Station Issued Alert for North Central Ohio – Sunday 3 am to 10 pm

High Gusty Winds & Possible Strong Thunderstorms
for Sunday October 15, 2017 3 am to 10 pm

I am issuing an alert for tomorrow, due to another cold front coming into the area. The Main concern for now is the sustained winds that will be between 20 and 30 mph, With gusty winds between 30 and 40 mph.

The second is possible Strong Thunderstorms, that could happen between 10 am and 5 to 6 pm. I will know more tomorrow as the system comes closer to our area. and as always, I and the team will be watching what will develop from the morning to evening.
